Hiive Creamed Aloe Honey is made from 100% pure raw honey. Even though we call it “creamed” honey, it contains no dairy and nothing is added. The creamy smooth consistency is obtained through a controlled crystallization process. Aloe honey is one of the few winter honeys produced from very high quality aloe flowers, which bloom during winter. Due to the high-water content it crystallizes quickly. It is pale and light in colour with a smooth texture. Sweet, similar to condensed milk .
